Approval of Resolution to award of the Lime Softening Plant Rehabilitation - Repair of Two Accelators bid to Close Construction, LLC and to Increase Approved Budget of $1.2 Million by $69,830.00.

Description of Action

It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached award to Increase Approved Budget of $1.2 Million by $69,830.00 to Close Construction, LLC., under the terms and conditions and authorize the City Manager to execute same.
